The movie's plot is a group of people torturing each other to produce a drug. People are burnt, boiled, grated, rip fingernails off and have bones broken. It is very intense and very graphic. Several deaths occur.
- Several people are knocked out by gas in a car.
- A woman's fingernail is graphically ripped apart (this is brief but painful)
- A man is strapped on a table, a woman then proceeds to torture him mercilessly. (Fingernail ripping, kicking, stabbing in the knee/leg..etc)
- Two people put their arms in a boiling pot of water (this isn't graphic, but it is painful to watch)
- A man is kicked and punched several times (the same man then dies from the VILE on the back of his head)
- A woman is tortured with such extremity (she is punched in the throat with heavy objects, her teeth are knocked out and her face is graphically mutilated with a cheese grater..etc)
- A woman accidentaly slits open another woman's throat (visible blood, mildly graphic)
- A man is stabbed to death with a knife (not graphic)
- A man has his chest burned with an iron (slightly graphic)
