Vile industrialist Francis Turner, played by John Saxon, makes a cyborg known as Paco Queruak (Daniel Greene) who has been modified to end the pioneer of a biological group that hinders the tragic nation in which the story is set. In the wake of flopping in his central goal to dispense with the scientist, Paco escapes to Arizona where he should confront his adversaries; and at last pick between his mankind and mechanical natures.
