It is shot from a distance. A woman has a mammogram, we see her breast. A woman asks the man if he wants to have oral sex, then performs it. Scene is shot from behind the woman but is highly suggestive. While its happening their kids bang on the door because they need a ride to school and they yell back at each other played as for laughs A woman stands with her breast and chest exposed out of her shirt.
