| nudity | There are two topless scenes that are not too long. The first takes place when the main female is dreaming she sees a topless nurse coming out of one of the patients rooms with a bloody ax. She walks with them for a bit and you see her again, then the lady wakes up. The second takes place in the whore house, one of the prostitutes takes off her top exposing her breasts. She is in a dominatrix outfit and her client has a moving dildo it is implied that she sticks the dildo in him, but it is not seen. Another prostitute comes in and tells her her mother is there to pick her up and she puts coat on and leaves after taking the dildo out of him and handing it to the other prostitute. At the very end of the movie there is an implied rape of main lady by an orderly at the insane asylum, the creature comes out and kills him. |
