The movie is most known for it's scary scenes where the video is played. The rumor in the movie is after you watch the video you die in seven days. The video shows bloody water, dead bodies, a finger being impaled on a nail, maggots crawling, and lots of other disgusting things. The video only lasts about thirty seconds though. |

The ghastly stringy-haired appearance of the killer, who walks in eerie, jerking movements, may frighten some viewers, especially when considering that the killer is a preteen girl.
Several but unexpected jumpscares are used, such as the brief shot of a teen girl's dead body in the closet.
MPAA/USA - Rated PG-13 for thematic elements, disturbing images, language and some drug references.
