| violence | 5/10 There is a lot of hollering and property destruction but it looks cartoon-ish. One man dies off-screen. In one scene, about a dozen men are shot, but there's no blood and they aren't main characters. A man is used as a golf tee, and gets whacked in the mouth, a little bit of blood. In a deleted scene on the DVD Peggy Brandt is thrown into a printing press, which her face appears on the front page of a newspaper highlighting her death. The gangster "Nico" is shot and apparently dies on screen. |

| frightening | The ending could be a bit frightening and suspenseful . The scenes where the main character and puts on and off the Mask are a bit intense for younger viewers. Dorian with the mask can be very scary to the young and the easily disturbed |
