Two men go to a bar on Earth; one orders six pints of beer, and the other comments that it's a bit much for before lunchtime. |

This is a pretty friendly movie. There is one scene with an alien that has thousands of tiny legs attached to a human top which could frighten kids. Also a scene where a man gets his second head cut off but it is played for laughs, and depicted in a silouette. Any other things would only be slightly frightening to a 5 yr. old kid and they would have to be very immature at that. |
