nudity | Suggested MPAA description: Rated 'R' for violence and language. 3/10 A woman holding a sheet in front of her turns around and runs out of the room leaving her bare buttocks exposed. The man she is with has handcuffs dangling from his ankle. Other mild sexual references. |
violence | 6/10 A character is shot twice in the chest with a shotgun. Tiny elements of blood are seen, not graphic. A man is shot in the face. We see blood briefly splatter from his head, not graphic. A fleeing man is shot in the back, (A non-bloody gunshot wound is shown) falls down a set of stairs and presumably dies. A woman is shot by a sniper. No blood. A man is shot several times from a distance; we later see his blood-covered body. There are two other shootings along with a head injury from broken glass. A man slashes at another man's arm with a knife and injures him. A man is kicked and beaten by a pair of cops briefly. (We see his bloodied face later.) An accident scene shows three very bloody corpses. Graphic but brief. Would possibly have been rated PG if not for the language. It's not really that violent for an R. |

alcohol | 4/10 The plot of the film revolves around a police takedown of a drug ring; drugs are discussed by cops and criminals for much of the film. They also appear onscreen in the form of heroin, marijuana and pills, but none is ever shown actually being in use. Characters drink and smoke occassionally. |
frightening | 6/10 Some very intense chase scenes (by foot and car) as well as very tense shootouts and confrontations take place throughout the film. The scene showing the aftermath of a car accident may be disturbing to some viewers. 26/50 |
