Metal music, wet paint, and family are the interests of Jesse, a battling painter who carries on with a glad existence with his significant other, Astrid, and their preteen girl, Zooey. What's more, things look much brighter when Jesse and Astrid can put in an offered on their fantasy home - a gigantic property in rustic Texas with an animal dwellingplace sufficiently enormous for an appropriate craftsmanship studio - after the cost is driven down because of the home's puzzling past. After the trio moves in, Jesse's work begins going up against another, impressively darker flavor - and things get considerably more inauspicious when Ray, the massive, obviously lopsided child of the perished previous proprietors, shows up on the doorstep one night, gripping a red electric guitar and making a request to "return home." It soon turns out to be certain that Ray and Jesse are both being impacted by the same otherworldly strengths, and that Jesse's family won't be sheltered until they figure out how to calm the Devil himself.
