A man chases another man who is on stilts, he pushes through a crowd of people, the man on stilts is pushed in a window and thrown off of the stilts, he chases him through an apartment, the other man climbs out a window and onto the roof where he encounters the other man who chases him, they both jump off the building, crash onto a police car and are thrown to the ground where they are approached by armed police officers who handcuff them
Large amounts of smoke begin to emerge from a man's car while he's driving, he pulls over, gets out of the car and opens the trunk to reveal a woman with a laser; she punches him in the groin, throws him to the ground, runs away, we are told that she is a wanted felon and that he is a bounty hunter, he runs after her and tackles her to the ground (we see this scene again later)
