The film tells a comic story about a guy in his thirties digging his way to a reasonable job when he falls in love with a Lady called by her neighbors Ramy's Mother (Oum Ramy). She got that nick name from her life dream to get married and give birth to a baby boy and call him Ramy. Their dream to get married faces a lot of obstacles due to his bad living conditions and difficulties he faces in life.
