In two separates scenes, people are trapped in an elevator that is about to fall, and a ferry boat with passengers is split in half. In both cases, everyone escapes unharmed with the later achieved with Iron Man arriving to assist Spider-Man.
At one point in the movie a character is crushed underneath rubble and screams out in distress. However, given that this is Spider-Man, he gathers himself, both physically and spiritually, and uses his super-strength to lift the rubble and throw it off of himself with considerable effort. |
