Konrad, a nice looking nation kid in post-war Austria, charms his way into a steward position at the mansion of a widowed royal lady that lost her fortune. After a short time the pioneering kid is running the whole family unit. As he begins undertakings with both the royal lady's child and the little girl of a whealthy agent, the thought develops to get his two darlings to wed each other and make the house rich once more.
