A man drags a straight razor across his throat and we see the slit open and blood gushing from the wound.
A man is shot through the neck with an arrow and then his head is shot off (his head bursts leaving only a skin flap and a neck hole).
A woman with a saw cuts a man's head off (we see blood at the neck and sprayed on the wall behind him) and we see men thrashing in beds nearby (either already cut, or about to be cut).
A man sits up in the back seat of a car to kill man and a woman sitting in the front seat: the man in the front seat releases acid from the ceiling and it pours on the killer, the woman cuts off the arm of the killer (blood sprays and he screams), they shoot him and set the car on fire (we hear him screaming and see him flail).

The violence is undercut by black humor, but even with that in mind, the blood and gore on display will definitely make the squeamish uncomfortable.
The film's comedic tone can also be very dark at times, which may put off some viewers.
