*The film contains several explicit torture scenes that are not for the squeamish.
-A man is sprayed in the eyes with mace and then kidnapped and strapped to a chair with his head shaved. He is tortured throughout the course of the film. He is burned, mutilated, stabbed, nailed up, and electrocuted and we often see the graphic results and the process of it, complete with gruesome sound effects.
-It is discovered that the kidnapper/torturer has done the same to countless other people, and all have resulted in their death. It is implied that he feeds the corpses to his dog. We see the bones of the victims and, in one scene, someone watches video footage of it(though we do not see the footage). There are also several pictures of mutilated bodies scattered about as well as body parts in bottles.
*The film contains a lot of Science Fiction/Horror violence, some of which is quite bloody.
-Two men engage in a martial arts fight with the typical high wire flying acts that are usually displayed in martial arts films.
-A man is attacked by a swarm of bees and ends up getting partly devoured. We see a lot of blood running down some rocks above the man's corpse.
-A man bleeds words on a piece of paper.
-A man is graphically shot in the leg with some blood splatter.
-A girl is choked to death.
-A man is stabbed in the chest. We see a lot of blood spray out all over the place, including all over another man.
-A man's face is beaten to a bloody pulp. We see his bloody and bruised face. He is then sprayed in the eyes with mace and shot to death.
-People get zapped.
*In several flashbacks, we see a lot of graphic violence and gore, much of which is very emotional and heart wrenching.
-We see a girl's corpse with blood on it.
-We see a man's arm removed from his body.
-We see a man stabbed in the head with blood running down his face.
-We see a male student's pants being pulled down in front of his class and we see him get repeatedly spanked.
-We see a male student stab a person in the back. We see blood splatter all over his face and we see the graphic knife wound with blood flowing.
-We see a male student beaten repeatedly with a nightstick in a Juvenile Detention Center. We then see his bloody and scraped up face.
-We see a girl graphically beaten to death with a club. We see a lot of blood on her face and we see it pour out of her face.
-There is some briefly implied rape.
-We see atomic bombs blow up different places.
-We see disturbing footage of Nazi Germany in which we see eviscerated bodies and many corpses of concentration camp victims buried in landfills.
-We see Vietnam War victims including children.
-We see riots, with many people being beaten with clubs.
-We see many corpses, including the corpses of children, lined up in rows.
