After a young, middle class couple moves into a suburban 'starter' tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be somehow demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.
| nudity | There is no nudity and the characters only talk about having sex a few times in fairly discreet ways. |
| violence | There is one scene where a character is thrown across the room and one scene where a character's hand is bleeding from gripping an object tightly. Other than that, there is no violence or gore. |
| profanity | The F-word is dropped a fair amount of times (maybe 10-15ish) and other minor swears are thrown around every once in a while. |
| alcohol | 0/10 Katie and Micah drink wine in one scene. |
| frightening | Lots of jump scares, and that's it. There is no real suspense in the movie. |
