A squad of soldiers fight in the Korean War's crucial Battle of Incheon.
violence | The portrayal of infliction of pain and injuries is depicted with some detail of blood and gore, but is never prolonged or frequent. There are several prolonged sequences depicting fierce cross-fire between the North Korean soldiers and the South Korean spies, where soldiers are killed by gun-fire and explosions. One of the stronger scenes shows a North Korean Commander taking a waitress as a human shield while she is shot by an enemy soldier repeatedly on the abdomen, with blood spurting. Another scene depicts two South Korean spies being shot on the back of their heads with blood spurting. Overall, the prolonged depictions of violence can be permissible for an older teen audience. |
frightening | Based on historical events, 'Operation Chromite' is a film portraying an attempt by the South Korean Special Forces to infiltrate the North Korean Army to launch a surprise attack on the North Koreans. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Official KMRB Rating: 12 |
