The scene is short and there is no graphic nudity, we only briefly see the man's bare back and the girl's bare legs, as well as the man's pleasured expression. Later on we see that the girl is pregnant with his child.

9/10 or 10/10 A tentacular monster tightens one of its extremities to a man's shoe and body. The man takes a sword and stabs the monster twice (we see lots of blood spraying up, and the man being drenched with it).
A man passes between a doors' bars (we see his face and head squeezing in as he does).
A man struggles with another man, grabs his face's skin and rips it off with his bare hands (we see him grabbing the man's face with both hands where the mouth opens, and pulling his face apart, opening it). The man does not die although his face and skull is completely peeled off and exposed (we see his face bones, only the back of his head still has skin on it). The undead man then attacks the other man, and the latter stabs him. A worm-like monster then comes out and closes its mouth on the undead man's head; it munches for a while, then pulls and takes the man's whole body with it; only the skin and clothes remain (we see them dropping on the floor as the monster tears off his body, peeling it, and goes away, holding it in its mouth).
We see flashbacks of a car accident. The car jumps into the sea and a woman drowns in the accident (we briefly see her dead body immersed in a water tank inside a morgue).
A shipwreck is mentioned and the aftermath is shown (we see the remains of the ship and a few people, dead or injured, on a beach). A man is dragged and saved by two men (his arm is bloody).
A man cuts his hand to perform a satanic ritual (we see blood dripping from his hand and wrist). He then splats the blood on the floor, and the latter sucks it up.
We see the corpses of a child and a woman lying on tables. After a while they come back to life, but a dark, slurry matter starts falling out of their mouths, and the latter become replaced by octopus-like tentacles.
A monster-woman attacks a man. Tentacles come out of her mouth and eyes, trying to tighten his neck and torso. The man breaks free and slashes her chest with a blade (a dark gooey matter spills out); she screams, falls on the ground, and transforms back into a monster's tentacle, which then hides.
A man commits suicide (not seen).
A huge tentacular monster comes out of the floor of a palace and tries to catch a man with one of its tentacles. The man, who is hanging on the ceiling with a rope, makes a large chandelier fall down on the monster (the estremity of the chandelier pierces one of the monster's eyes).
A man tries to rape a girl. When she refuses he hits her on the face. She takes a metal flute and hits him in the head, then runs away. He runs after her, she tries to close a door on his arm (he exclaims in pain), keeps running from him, and takes the stairs; he grabs her by her ankle, and she hits her head on a step. She manages to kick him once; he hits her again several times, and they struggle. Another man comes out and saves the girl, stabbing the attacker's hand with a scalpel (we see it in detail); he screams, falls down the stairs and becomes unconscious. Afterwards we see her injured in a bed, with a bandage around her head. Later we see the cut on her forehead.
We see a man and a woman butchering a man, lying naked on a table, with a machine (they are extracting his blood with a tube). No graphic detail, but we see a few deep bloody holes in the man's back, and blood dripping from the wounds and from the walls.
An old man kills people and collects blood and spinal fluid from them, to avoid aging and stay alive.
A woman and a man attempt to kill an old man, who is kept inside a coffin-like container. The woman is about to stab him with a scalpel, but is stopped by a girl. The cover of the container falls down ad crushes the old man's fingers (he screams in pain). The girl quickly opens it, the old man comes out of the container (he is bloody and says someone knocked him in the head), but the woman stabs him in the back of his neck with a scalpel (he dies). She then proposes to kill the girl, and shoots her with a rifle (we see blood). This is especially disturbing because the girl is pregnant and the woman shoots her near the belly. The girl is still alive, and the woman prepares to shoot her again, but the girl tells her she's pregnant, and the woman stops. Both the girl and her baby are alive. Afterwards, it is revealed that the girl actually died due to the gunshot, but thanks to the "disease" passed from the baby's father to her through the fetus, she is still looking alive outside and does not age. The baby is still inside her, never born (because obviously a dead woman cannot give birth), and she says she has to collect spinal fluids from the people she kills to "still feel the baby inside her". She adds that it "has been lying and kicking inside her all these years, never able to be born". The man she is explaining her own story to is drugged and falls on the floor, then another woman menacingly comes near him with a large syringe, and the scene ends, implying the man is killed.
A room is set on fire and a man is injured (we see his ruined face).
A man melts down graphically. His skin begins to tear apart, his face starts to fall off, he rips his chest open, and pieces of flesh rot and fall from all over his body (we see gooey sticky liquids falling down along with the flesh), until only his skeleton remains. His cranium falls off, but even so he says a word; we see one of his eyeballs melting down, then he dies (a lot of dark liquid pours down his empty eyeballs).
A woman points a knife to a girl, then to herself (nothing happens to either of the two).
A man injects himself a syringe of blood/spinal fluid in the neck.

A gooey liquid starts to spill out of his face and mouth. The woman hits him in the head and he falls down. He then attacks her and she hits him again a few times; he falls on the ground. Afterwards, a big-sized parasite/alien exits from his body, and we see that the man's brain has been taken by the creature, which incorporated it in its body (we see it in its transparent belly). The woman shoots the creature, which leans injured on a wall, then she shoots the pit's walls, which are covered with lots of alien flying creatures, looking like bat derivates; they start to unplug from the walls and fly around. Some of them come near to the woman, who falls unconscious; she wakes up while being hold down by two people, an old man and an old woman. A long and pointy blade/drill exits from the old woman's mouth, is inserted in the other woman's belly offscreen (we know that she is pregnant) and starts drilling her there (still offscreen). The woman screams in pain and terror, then the sequence melts with another, and she finds herself in a hospital bed, where she meets the same old man and old woman of the previous scenes. The old man opens a curtain and shows the woman a dead man on the hospital bed next to hers; his body is emptied and kind of melted, and we see doctors pulling him from the bed (his skin is sticked to it). The old woman then opens her own dress, showing her monstrous torso, which is exactly like the creatures' bodies, meaning she has been converted into one of them; moreover, as she explains the other woman to have stolen the baby the latter previousy had in her belly, we see the baby inside the old woman's belly (the skin is trasparent). After that, the old woman removes the sheets from the bed where the other woman is lying, and we see that her body is missing almost all limbs (both legs, amputated at the knees, and one arm, amputated at the elbow - we see the bloody stumps). The scene then goes back into the pit, where we see a few creatures sucking out blood and bone marrow from the woman's previously amputated limbs with a large straw coming out of their mouths. The woman is surrounded by some creatures, then implied to be cut open (we hear sawing sounds and see blood dripping from the table), and finally killed (or at least implied to be).
One car accident in which two people (a man and a woman) are injured. We see some blood on the woman's forehead. The man is bloody: he is taken out of the car and dragged away by someone.
