A 12-year-old boy catches Mrs. Doubtfire peeing standing up and freaks out. They think she is male built into a female. Then they find out it's their dad dressed up as a woman.
This is nothing sexual or transgender it's just a comedy about a male dressing up as a female.
Mrs. Doubtfire (Daniel) while left alone with Stu at a restaurant, makes comments about Miranda having a vibrator in the bedroom which he's "surprised she hasn't broken her teeth on yet" and also tries to tell Stu that Miranda has crabs. He makes sexual comments to Stu such as "little jack horny", "rumple foreskin", "horizontal mambo" and similar phrases.
