| nudity | In the beginning of the movie two people are on a bed naked, one smoking meth, then proceed to have intercourse. You can see the woman's breast and the mans behind throughout the sex scene. |

A woman is punched in the face so she would shut up. A man and woman are turned into road kill (very graphic and realistic looking.) A truck rams into a car creating a car accident. A man's hands are mutilated in a fan. Then he is killed when his face is pushed into the fan. A woman is torn in 2 by being strapped to the top of a truck and colliding into a bridge. A man's head is squished between a truck and a car jack. A man is slowly crushed to death by snow tire chains with spikes in them. He screams in agony almost all the way through. |
