Scrat's epic quest for his tricky oak seed slings him outside of Earth, where he unintentionally sets off a progression of grandiose occasions that change and undermine the planet. To spare themselves from hazard, Manny, Sid, Diego, and whatever is left of the crowd leave their home and set out on a journey brimming with rushes and spills, highs and lows, giggling and experience while making a trip to outlandish new terrains and experiencing a large group of brilliant new characters.
