Several scenes are frightening and scary, some scenes are also funny and goofy, but the film is not bad for those with soft stomachs. While the film is not technically "tame" its not extremely disturbing either because of it's somewhat silly fashion. However the movie is centered around some very sick and depraved themes, and if you can't handle that then this film maybe to much for you.
