| nudity | A guy is seen shirtless. A girl wears skimpy clothing. |
| violence | The killer murders lots of people by taking their hearts out with his bare hands, so the violence is gorey and graphic. Several people are crushed in the rib cage and then have their hearts ripped out. A person has their neck slit (not seen), blood splatters on screen. A man's chest is ripped open on a hospital bed (on screen), then his heart is taken out. The main characters have to hide from the killer, so they decide to pretend to be dead, and lay on the floor among several dead people. Blood is everywhere on the ground and their clothes get drenched with blood. There is a scene were a women has her face set on fire. A woman is stabbed in the leg with a scalpel. A girl is hit by a car; her shoulder is dislocated then fixed. |
