Upon graduation from college with a business degree, John Issel is promptly hired by Helmes's company I.N.C. At INC, the one who gets ahead, does it by kissing ass, or over someone else's ... In this comic take on big-business wheelings and dealings, an ambitious senator's son (Judge Reinhold) moves up the corporate ladder through undeserved promotions. But against his better judgment, he falls for a woman (the chairman's daughter, no less) who's leading a protest against the company's shady business practices. "Saturday Night Live" writer-performer Michael O'Donoghue scripted this satire co-starring Danny DeVito and Jane Seymour.

Movie Parental Guide

nudity A scene takes place at a strip club and you can see several strippers dancing topless for a very brief moment on top of a bar. Plus in the beginning, the main character is implied to be having sex with a college professor of his just before graduation although no nudity is seen. A female office executive known for sleeping her way to the top is frequently seen in scanty underclothes.
violence A man is seen dead moments after apparently suffering a heart attack- but it is done in a comical manner. Moments later, a stressed out executive commits suicide by jumping out of a window in a tall building- this is also done in a humorous manner since the whole film is a comedy. After a cut scene, the man (played by Danny DeVito) is seen lying facedown in a big water fountain. Also, during a raquette ball scene, a small man gets a bloody nose from intense play. In another scene, another man (Reinhold) is shot at by a man loding a complaint against the company Reinhold works for- but done so in a comical way.
profanity A few mild curses and some sexual innuendo.
alcohol People are seen smoking and drinking.
frightening Again reference the "suicide"/"heart attack" scenes- but also again- it's done to be silly.
