Lily Tomlin stars as Elle who has quite recently traversed saying a final farewell to her better half when Elle's granddaughter Sage out of the blue shows up requiring $600 bucks before dusk. Briefly broke, Grandma Elle and Sage spend the day attempting to get their hands on the money as their unannounced visits to old companions and blazes wind up rattling skeletons and uncovering privileged insights.
