When Norman cleans the tank, he finds part of a man's face flesh is seen inside the tank, as it reveals part of his face and his eyeball, we can tell it has been ripped off by an explosion, in which makes him vomit, while it is only shown for a few seconds. It is a very graphic scene.
A man is killed by three stabbings to the face (seen from a distance). Blood is briefly shown on the victim's face.
