Hollywood Movies | Action | Crime | Thriller
nudity | 4/10 A few references to sexual activity, including a scene where two have relations offscreen. One of the characters gets with a hooker and you can hear noises. |
violence | 9/10 The violence in the film is all shown in shootouts and is in the case on par with the violence in Casino Royale. However after the first half of the film we tend to see blood spurting out of shot bodies. In one scene, we see a few dead bodies with blood on their faces. Not too graphic. In one sudden, Charlie Wax shoots a woman in the head and blood spurts out. Graphic. Several cars are blown up. A police squad is blown up by a bomb. A man is punched in the face. Another woman is shot in slow motion, blood spurts out of her head. We later see the bullet hole. Not too graphic. Constantly, throughout the film the main theme is terrorism. This can be upsetting for others as we see strapped to bombs. |
profanity | 10/10 61 uses of the f word. |
alcohol | 10/10 A main theme of the movie is cocaine and terrorist groups involved in the drug trade In one scene, Jonathan Ryhs Meyers and John Travolta both taste and snort cocaine. One of the characters carries round a vase full of it to bribe terrorists throughout the movie. |
frightening | 5/10 The terrorist theme may be too much for some viewers |
