When Julia Roberts goes "under" she is wearing a white bra and CPR is preformed on her. |

The bodies are mostly covered up and not focused on but at one point the inside of a corpse is shown. One character is constantly taunted by someone from his past who beats him violently, leaving many prominent bruises and wounds. A character stitches up a gash on his own face in a mirror. Several flashback scenes involving three kids throwing stones at a boy in a tree and his eventual fall onto the ground. |
