The film centers around a couple who witness a murder. This takes place during a thunderstorm, and a body is seen being thrown off a balcony. We hear a thud, but blood is not shown. The couple that witness it are visibly upset, though, and they lock eyes with the killer for a brief moment.
The killer goes after the couple who witness the murder. Early in the film, he manages to find the woman's apartment building and ends up at her front door. He fires his gun at the police officer who is there protecting her, and he opens the apartment door a crack to try and shoot the woman, as well. Fortunately, no one is killed in this scene.
There are grizzly bears in Wyoming, and one of them ends up almost attacking Paul in one scene. |

This is, of course, after the two main characters witness him throwing a man off a balcony. There are several intense moments where the killer attempts to uncover clues on where the couple are hiding after they have entered a Witness Protection program.
