The crime-scene sequence shows brief nudity as one of the boys is lifted up out of the water, but this is not explicit. Another very brief shot depicts the three naked boys laid out on the creek bank. The "boys" are actually manikins, not real humans. In one crime scene photo (again of the manikin), the buttocks and part of the scrotum of the victim is seen viewed from the rear. The nudity in "Devil's Knot" is not nearly as frequent and graphic as what is depicted in actual crime-scene and autopsy photo's in the documentaries.
A little over half way through the movie the character Vicki Hutcheson describes a ritual, the scene cuts to the ritual as she describes it. In the ritual the members engaged in the ritual remove their clothes and get naked. Nude butts and breasts are seen. |

The gore and bloodshed is brief, and is quite mild compared to any of the four documentaries. Having said that, the crime-scene footage is still gruesome as are some of the photo's seen during the court hearing. |
