BUGS BUNNY'S HOWL-OWEEN SPECIAL, original air date: October 26, 1978 on CBS. Starting in 1976 WB found money to be made by cutting up their theatrical cartoons, adding some new bridging material, and creating "new" half-hour TV specials. This is their 5th special (19 were made from 1976 to 1989).
