Movie Parental Guide

nudity There's dialog about having sex with animals. This is all done in a joking manner. There's more dialog about a guy who thought he was about to have sex with a woman, only to find out she's actually a man. Of course, he describes precisely how he discovered this fact. More various sex dialog. A naked woman crawls into a room, wearing nothing but a mask and a straw skirt. A man is brought up behind her and forced to have sex with her as a crowd watches. There's various shots of people getting aroused by the whole thing. No directly explicit nudity is ever shown.
violence The first half of the movie is more or less bloodless. It's the second half that's full of blood and gore. There's a couple scenes with lots of rapid fire imagery featuring blood and gore in extremely disturbing, albeit nearly indecipherable contexts. Characters walk through an abandoned building with bloodied people in it. There are painted depictions of violence and gore on the walls. A man is hit on the head with a sledgehammer, blood trickles down his face. A man is graphically disemboweled, the camera never cuts away. A man has his eye gouged with a sharp blade, again- extremely graphic. Shown in closeups. Another man briefly licks the gouged eye. A man's throat is cut, another man rubs the blood all over himself. Closeups of the slit throat, someone pulls a small object out of the gash. A man gets a small object jammed into his forehead. No blood shown. A man gets his head caved in, this actually act is obscured by the camera angle- but lots of blood spray is seen.
profanity Various cursing. Fairly standard fare for your typical R rated movie. Several uses of the F word, s.o.b., et cetera.
alcohol Some smoking, some drinking. Never depicted in excess.
frightening The first half of the movie has creepy moments, but the second half gets downright disturbing. Everything listed under violence/gore. There's also a strange birth scene, not graphic, but still creepy. In the second half of the movie, there's lots of people who look very frightening. They're often covered in blood and pawing at each other.
