There are several scenes throughout featuring David completely naked either during his transformations or after waking up from being a werewolf, along with a dream sequence.

A couple is seen in the shower together as they are kissing. While no actual nudity can be seen, it's implied both are naked.
A couple kisses passionately as they are in bed together. One of the woman's breasts is visible for a split second. The man thrusts once and the scene ends. This scene lasts for about 20 seconds.
There is a sequence that takes place in an adult cinema while a porn movie is playing. While no graphic sex is shown, moaning can be heard off-screen and when the movie is being shown, there are some brief glimpses of topless female nudity and some rear male nudity.

The car crash sequence at the end of the film is also intense.
A man's friend (that dies at the start of the film) comes back from the dead at random places. He warns him of his fate that he is a werewolf and he will continue to kill people on a full moon unless he kills himself. He is shown at different stages of decomposition, complete with blood, bones and rotten flesh. He looks disturbing but he is humerous in nature
