profanity | The film contains utterances of the expletive "fuck" (5 times) as well as some other mild language such as the terms "shit", "bitch", "hell" and "bastard". |
alcohol | Drug taking is depicted, albeit brief and infrequently. The film contains scenes of drug use which depict characters engaging in the recreational consumption of drugs as well as implied smoking of marijuana through the use of a device called 'bong'. The strongest scene of drug use occurs when one of the protagonists uses her finger to dip into a white powder before rubbing it against her gum. In another sequence, another protagonist is seen smoking a joint and later sitting on the floor with a bong next to her. While the substances are not clearly established, it is obvious that the characters are involved in drug use. As such, these scenes would make the film more appropriate for an older teen audience. |
