In a future where energy is made from fecal matter, the government rewards defecation with "juicybars". Small-time hustlers try to get rich while fending off the mutated Diaper Gang. Sometime in the future, mankind has depleted all energy and fuel sources, however they have engineered a way to use human excrement as fuel. To reward production, the government hands out extremely addictive, popsicle-like "Juicybars", which in turn also act as a laxative. Aachi and Ssipak are street hoodlums who struggle to survive by trading these bars in the black market.

Movie Parental Guide

nudity	Yes. Frequent depictions of naked breasts and kinky sexual situations in most of the movie.
violence	Hell yes. Nearly the entire movie contains: Exploding people and mutants, extreme maiming, body parts and corpses floating around, shootings wuth bullets that cause massive parts of bodies to disappear, a body count easily in the hundreds.
profanity	All of the profanity is bleeped out except for the use of "damns", "hells" and 1 use of "sh*t" before a sequence depict a building getting blown up into pieces.
alcohol	Good grief yes. The whole plot revolves around controlling a government sponsored supply of drugs. Most characters in the movie use the drugs on screen.
frightening	Yes, but only if you count mutant cyborgs killing scores of people. MA15+ for sexual references and strong violence.
