Freddy kisses a teenager and literally sucks the life out of them. It's somewhat gory.
A teenager is turned into a cockroach, including a shot of their arms ripping apart at the elbows. They are seen like this for maybe 7 minutes, and it's gory for the whole time. It's pretty gross but not very realistic.
When Freddy dies it is pretty gory. Arms and heads made out of skin poke out of the body and rip the head in half. Very gory and upsetting.
