Two cops, one with a gun and one with his fists, risk everything to make the neighborhood crime and drug free by taking down the most powerful street lord.
After some cops urge young street kids to turn from drugs and crime to the neighborhood boxing rings, the local street lord begins to loose control of his illicit empire and begins a war on the good-intenioned police and the civilians.
