In the film, he is seen enjoying the company of a group that he calls an "orgy" and at one point, they reveal to him that they are all pregnant with his child. In the opening scene, 2 men on motorcycles chase Justin Bieber. He runs away, and breaks one of their necks, not graphic. He then gets cornered and shot about 20 times in slo-mo. Blood sprays comically and you can see blood stains on his shirt. He then falls to the ground and blood pools around him. He then takes a selfie before he dies. This is the scene of "Exaggerated Violence" in the MPAA box.
A man is stabbed in the cheek. He pulls it out, and you can see a bloody cut on his face and some blood on the knife. This is meant for comical effect.
A man is stabbed off screen, but minimal blood sprays up. You can hear some noises as he pulls out the mans heart off screen and holds it up. This entire scene is animated.
