While sitting in a carriage with a child and husband, a man reaches under a woman's dress and pulls it up her legs, it is implied he touched her. After grabbing her and forcing her to sit by the assailant, the man begins to grope the woman's breasts through her clothing. No nudity is shown. It is assumed he is going to rape the woman in front of her husband and child, but is interrupted.

For a western, the violence is mild to moderate, nothing overly brutal. The violence is not bloody like some movies today, it is digitally added, like a dark circle appears where the person is shot. Only a couple of characters have a puddle of blood appear after they are shot.
