| violence | based on the premise of the film, there are many scenes with either blood or alien "ooze". compared to other slasher / horror films, this focuses on the use and location of the blood, as opposed to the actual wound. there is one hatchet scene and numerous gun shot scenes (mixed with hand to hand combat). there is one scene that could be disturbing to some viewers as the search and rescue team finds human body parts dissected and arranged in the mess hall. |
