Anglers isolate a youthful orca whale (Willy) from his guardians and he winds up in a fish dish at a marina. In the mean time, a road kid crosses paths with the law and gets found vandalizing the marina, however his social laborer gets him free (in a manner of speaking) if he tidies up his chaos at the marina. While there, he becomes friends with the whale and shows him traps, something the mentor hasn't possessed the capacity to do. In any case, when Willy is a flop before the group of onlookers.
